2. What we collect

3. Payment providers
When you pay for an order, your payment details are collected and processed by the payment provider handling that transaction, not by us.
- We share with the provider only what it needs to take the payment: your name, contact details, the order amount and the order reference.
- The provider may carry out its own identity or fraud checks. Those checks, and any decision resulting from them, are made by the provider under its own privacy policy — we are not given the underlying data.
- We receive back only what we need to fulfil your order: confirmation of payment, settlement and refund status.
- We never see or store your full card number.
4. Other parties we share data with
- Form and email delivery — enquiry and order forms are delivered to us through a third-party form service, and our email is hosted by a third-party provider.
- Hosting — this website is hosted on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider, which stores server logs.
- Analytics — we use website analytics to understand how the site is used, in aggregate.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract — to deliver the service you bought.
- Legitimate interests — to run and secure our business, and to improve the site.
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting and regulatory record-keeping in the UAE.
- Consent — for optional marketing, which you can withdraw at any time.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders: up to 24 months.
- Order, contract and financial records: retained for the period required by UAE tax and commercial law (currently at least 5 years).
- Analytics data: in aggregate, up to 26 months.
7. Where your data is stored
Our providers may process data on servers outside the UAE. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection through our agreements with them.
8. Your rights
Subject to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or withdraw consent. Email info@famesdigitalmarketing.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the competent UAE data protection authority.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function, and analytics cookies to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; necessary cookies are required for checkout to work.
10. Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Payment card data is entered directly with our payment providers and never reaches our servers. We restrict internal access to personal data to the people who need it to do their work.
11. Children
Our services are sold to businesses and to adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
