2. What we sell
We sell professional digital services — social media marketing, website design and development, and search engine optimisation — as fixed-scope packages with a fixed one-time price. The deliverables for each package are listed in full on its service page and are the complete definition of what you are buying.
We do not sell physical goods. Nothing is shipped.
3. Prices
- All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). The price shown is the total payable — no tax is added at checkout.
- The price shown on the package page is the total payable for the scope listed. There are no setup fees, hidden charges or recurring charges added afterwards.
- Third-party costs are not included and are paid by you directly to the provider: advertising spend paid to Meta, Google, TikTok or similar; domain registration; hosting; premium plugins, fonts, stock media or software licences. We will tell you before any such cost is required.
- Work outside the listed scope is quoted separately in writing and only begins once you approve that quote.
4. Payment terms
4.1 Packages bought on this website
Packages purchased through this website are paid in full at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.
4.2 Custom projects quoted outside these packages
Custom scopes agreed by written proposal are invoiced on milestones: 50% on acceptance of the proposal (which starts the work) and 50% on completion, before final files and access are handed over.
5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are stated on each package page and begin at kick-off — that is, from the first working day after we have received everything we need from you (brand assets, content, access credentials and answers to the onboarding brief).
Delays caused by late delivery of materials, delayed approvals, or repeated changes of direction extend the timeline by the period of the delay. We will always tell you in writing when this happens.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and billing details.
- Supply brand assets, content and access within a reasonable time of being asked.
- Confirm you own or are licensed to use any material you give us (logos, images, copy, fonts, trademarks).
- Nominate one person who can give approvals on your behalf.
- Respond to approval requests within 5 working days, after which we may proceed to the next stage to keep the project on schedule.
7. Revisions and scope
Each package states how many revision rounds are included. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes to a deliverable. Requests that change the agreed direction, add deliverables, or arrive after a deliverable has been signed off are new work and are quoted separately.
8. Intellectual property
- On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you.
- We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries and internal methods, and of any working files, drafts and concepts not selected by you.
- Third-party assets (stock media, fonts, plugins) remain under their own licences, which pass to you as permitted by the licensor.
- Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and marketing.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services. This survives the end of the engagement.
10. What we do not guarantee
We deliver professional work to a defined scope. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, including search engine rankings, traffic volumes, follower counts, engagement rates, leads or sales, because these depend on factors outside our control — including search engine and platform algorithms, your market, your pricing and your own operations.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability arising from or connected to any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end an engagement if payment is not received when due, if requested material is not supplied for more than 30 days, or if the work would require us to act unlawfully or infringe a third party's rights. Your cancellation rights are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your right to raise a complaint with the UAE consumer protection authorities.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version published here on the date you place your order is the version that applies to that order. Questions: info@famesdigitalmarketing.com.
